The Early Warning Research And Application Of Seed Anti-counterfeiting And Anti-regional Dumping Based On Two-dimensional Code And LBS

Seeds are the beginning and source of all agricultural activities.The seed industry is the basic and strategic core industry of our country.With the deepening of the complexity of the seed market,the counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling seed products,and the situation of malicious cross-regional sales among sellers are becoming more and more rampant,more attention are paid to the safety of seed quality.The "Measures for the Labeling and Use of Crop Seeds and Instructions for Use",which was implemented in2017,requires that the seeds of crops sold in the territory of the Republic of China should be accompanied by seed labels and instructions for use.Therefore,it is of great significance to ensure the safety of the seed to track and locate the illegal acts of seeds,and to crack down them with effective methods.Due to the complexity in seed market,it is difficult to track and locate the counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling seed products,and the acts of malicious cross-regional sales among sellers.Law enforcement officers crack down those illegal acts through field investigation which conducted with high cost,blindness and randomness.Therefore,tracking and locating illegal acts in seed market accurately and effectively is a challenging task.Against this background,this text conducts the research of the method of tracking and locating the counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling,and the acts of malicious cross-regional sales in seed market,and has obtained the following research results.The anti-counterfeiting early warning model which combines pseudo code verification with LBS has been constructed.The anti-regional dumping early warning model which combines Cross-regional sales verification with LBS has been constructed.Seed anti-counterfeiting and anti-regional dumping early warning platform based on QR code and LBS has been established.(1)In order to solve the problem of tracking and locating the acts of counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling,this text constructs the seed anti-counterfeiting early warning model.When consumers scan the QR code of products,the system will obtain the information of variety,production,product circulation of seed and geographic location of the consumer when the scaning takes place automatically,and then generate a scan database to realize the tracking and geographically locating of seed sales.Then,the anti-counterfeiting verification model is used to verify the scan database records,and all the non-validated pseudo code records are used as data input.The K_Means algorithm isused to iterate the geographic location information.The result of the clustering iteration is output(represents the location of where the counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling happens)with a visual form showed on a map which realize the anti-counterfeiting early warning of products.(2)In order to monitor the acts of malicious cross-regional sales among distributors precisely,seed anti-regional dumping early warning model is constructed.By using the geographic location information of products obtained by LBS as data base,add up the quantity of the same batch of products in different regions,and then give early warning of cross-regional sales in varying degrees to different regions on the basis of the difference between the amounts of products appeared.Finally,the seed early warning module which is anti-regional dumping and plays an important role in cracking down on counterfeit and shoddy products is established,which realizes the early warning and supervision of the acts of malicious cross-regional sales among distributors.(3)after putting anti-counterfeiting and anti-regional dumping model for practical use,Seed anti-counterfeiting and anti-regional dumping early warning platform on the basis of QR code and LBS has been established which realizes the tracking of seed product information;gives early warning to the acts of counterfeiting in manufacturing and selling seed,and malicious cross-regional sales among sellers;provides seed industry managements with clear and intuitive data display;increases guiding significance to decision support;provides new methods and ideas for the improvement of seed market and ensurance of safety of grain quality...
