Realization And Design Of Yunguan Orange Quality And Traceability System Based On Two-dimensional Code Technology

Yunguan orange makes great investment for anti-counterfeiting campaign. However, fake Yunguan orange still occupies the market, which not only brings negative influences on the brand image of Yunguan, but also arouses customers’ doubt and loss of trust in the quality and value of Yunguan orange. Current anti-counterfeiting technology is invalid for Yunguan orange, products of Jintai Fruit Company in Xinping. Bar code technology offers a technical base for quality and anti-counterfeiting traceability of Yunguan orange. Main work of this research is as follows.First, it gives an analysis of traditional anti-counterfeiting technologies and disadvantages in wide application. Based on the literature review and summary of farm produce anti-counterfeiting technology at home and abroad, we propose a solution of anti-counterfeiting based on two-dimensional code. Combined with the market demand for anti-counterfeiting, QR code is determined.Second, functional demand and performance demand of anti-counterfeiting traceability system is determined by analyzing the work flow of Yunguan orange and system process. Overall architecture and key modules of QR code-based Yunguan orange quality and traceability system are designed. Meanwhile, advanced encryption technology is adopted and cellular automata is used as the encryption algorithm of two-dimensional code, which ensures the security of two-dimensional code. Most importantly, the pasting position of two-dimensional code label is taken into consideration, which is to prevent the label from second use.Third, it proposes a anti-counterfeiting tracing solution to stop the fake products flowing into the market from the very beginning. Only in this way, the brand of Yunguan, and reputation of its company can avoid unexpected losses. Meanwhile, it can offer a reference to related watchdog to fight against counterfeiting.Fourth, main functions like user register, Yunguan products register, Yunguan orange quality trace and anti-counterfeiting query are developed and realized. This system makes full use of current equipment and technologies to provide a low-cost solution. Yunguan orange will guard itself from fake counterparts.
