2015 year,"China Sichuan Provincial Committee on the fight against poverty alleviation and development of the decision" made it clear that vigorously promote the Tibetan-Qiang cultural corridor construction,the creation of Sichuan Tibetan regional tourism pilot area,through the development of rural tourism to poor farmers and herdsmen get rid of poverty.To promote the participation of farmers and herdsmen in rural tourism management,and to enhance their participation level,is to optimize the rural tourism supply structure,promote rural tourism to a high level of development,so that the green mountains into the gold and silver mountain.In this paper,this study studies the decision-making behavior of rural tourism enterprises in the Tibetan and Qiang cultural corridors,and provides theoretical basis and policy for promoting the participation of farmers and herdsmen in rural tourism management and management reference.This paper uses the theory of bounded rationality theory and social practice theory to construct a theoretical research framework to study the present situation of rural tourism management in Li County,and use binary logistic regression model to analyze the influencing factors of rural tourism management in rural tourism management.The paper analyzes the influencing factors of the decision-making behavior of the rural tourism management mode of the farmers and herdsmen.Finally,it analyzes the influencing factors of the decision-making behavior of the rural tourism management mode.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The willingness to participate in the rural tourism management of the farmers and herdsmen is limited,but it is limited by the factors such as capital,their own cultural level and knowledge of rural tourism management.The decision-making of rural tourism management mode put the stall(native products,souvenirs),catering business aspects.On the whole show a low degree of participation,participation in a single,low level of participation in the characteristics of the level.(2)The analysis of individual characteristics shows that there are significant differences in gender,age,educational level and ethnicity among rural tourism enterprises participating in decision-making behavior.There are significant differences in gender,age and education level in the decision-making behavior of accommodation and catering.The decision-making behavior of rural tourism management is mainly affected by age,non-farm income,pasture area,area of highland barley cultivation,whether it is dry household and so on.(3)The positive mediating effect of the willingness of farmers and herdsmen to participate is remarkable.Human capital,economic capital,social capital and individual/family characteristics will have a significant positive mediating effect on the decision-making behavior of rural tourism enterprises in rural areas.Attention to the positive role of participation will be able to significantly enhance the participation of farmers and herdsmen in rural tourism management.(4)The decision-making behavior of rural tourism management mode is mainly affected by gender,educational level,distance from the nearest highway,non-agricultural income,housing area and so on.In other words,the higher the education level of the head of households,the greater the area of housing,the greater the number of tourism operators to participate in the number of farmers and herdsmen to choose accommodation or catering the greater the probability of rural tourism management.Suggestions:should strengthen the rural tourism and cultural knowledge training,improve the quality of farmers and herdsmen themselves;to strengthen participation in rural tourism management of farmers and herdsmen financial support;strengthen publicity and guidance to participate in the willingness to enhance participation.
