With the progress of science and technology and the growing awareness of national environmental protection,electronic and electrical products(EEE)to speed up the replacement by a large number of waste electrical and electronic products(WEEE)caused by environmental issues and waste of resources has become the focus of attention.Recycling and remanufacturing can solve a series of problems caused by WEEE,but the lack of recycling links restricts the development of recycling and remanufacturing.Therefore,the construction of efficient,clean and innovative WEEE recycling model,and the use of game theory and incentive theory to study the problem of reverse supply chain coordination and incentive mechanism,hope that the conclusions will be conducive to innovative recycling model development and exploration for the government more effective incentive reverse supply Chain healthy development to provide decision-making basis.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)To build four innovative WEEE recycling model:the analysis of the current status of China's WEEE recovery based on the construction of four innovative WEEE recycling model,and then from the operation,logistics,business organizations,government support,technology applications,etc.Multi-level comparative analysis,more in line with environmental requirements and future development trend of the"third-party integrated network recycling platform" model.(2)Two closed-loop supply chain coordination issues considering government subsidies in the "third-party integrated network recycling platform" model:in the case of government subsidies in both cases,the analysis of the two types of closed-loop supply chain stakeholders The decision-making and game process.Through the research shows that:government subsidies are conducive to the development of third-party integrated network platform model,but also to promote a virtuous circle of closed-loop supply chain,to achieve maximum social benefits.(3)The incentive mechanism between the government and the third-party integrated network platform:the information asymmetry,to explore how the government to identify the recovery capacity of different network platforms and efforts,and the development of appropriate incentives.The results show that the expected return of the whole closed-loop supply chain is in the optimal state when the information is complete.When the information is incomplete,the government can more effectively identify the recovery platform with different recovery ability and provide the high efficiency incentive.Based on the current situation of WEEE recycling,this paper puts forward four innovative recycling models and analyzes the influence of government subsidy on supply chain coordination and incentive mechanism under the "third party integrated network platform" mode.It is hoped that the research results will make a modest contribution to the difficult problem of WEEE recovery and provide some reference for the government to support the healthy development of WEEE recycling industry,which will promote the sustainable development of social economy.
