According to the Commerce Department,in 2015,the recycling amount of five major waste electrical and electronic products in China was about 152.74 million,or 3.48 million tons.The progress of science and technology and the development of the internet have accelerated the frequency of the replacement of electrical and electronic products.Electronic waste is growing at 15%to 30%a year.WEEE makes the environment and resources become increasingly serious.With the rapid development of network technology in recent years,"Love recycling" "Banana skin" and others are growing very fast.On the one hand,network recycling platform provide convenience for users,on the other hand,create a platform for communication between users,processors and recyclers.This paper takes the platform of C2B network recovery as the research object,then combined with the mode of the TAM and the theory of social cognition and social influence to construct the research model based on ECM.In this model,four factors including perceived ease of use,interactive experience,individual cognition and social influence are introduced.Use SPSS 19.0 to detect the reliability and validity and analyze the individual characteristics of the effective samples for these data were collected through online questionnaire survey.Then constructing the structural equation model in this paper to test models and assumptions through the software of the Lisrel8.7.The results show:(1)Differences in age,education background and monthly dominant income will have significant differences in perceived usefulness,environmental protection cognition,recycling value cognition and social impact in the study.(2)Environmental protection cognition,recycling value cognition,social influence and perceived usefulness factors influence users' willingness to continue using the online recycling platform directly.Interaction experience and perceived usefulness indirectly affect willingness to continue using the network recycling platform by influencing user satisfaction.(3)There is no significant relationship between perceived ease of use and willingness to continue using the network recycling platform.Finally,the research results of this paper provide suggestions for the development of network recycling platform from four aspects:perceived usefulness,interactive experience,individual cognition and social impact.(1)Strengthen the publicity of environmental protection and improve users' awareness of resources;(2)Perfect the service function of the platform and improve the useful sexy knowledge of users.(3)Draw lessons from user resource data and do a good job of user demand analysis.(4)Optimize the design of the platform and promote the improvement of interactive experience.
