Since the reform and opening up,China adhere to the win-win strategy of opening-up,and actively participate in the construction of economic globalization.China's direct investment in Africa is growing rapidly,but there are some voices to challenge China's strategy of mutual benefit and the coperation with Africa as new colonialism.This paper studies the impact of China's OFDI on the economic growth of the host country in Africa and its relationship with the growth stability,which is conducive to the reasonable evaluation of the mutual benefit and win-win situation of China's direct foreign investment.First of all,basing on related literature to analyze the mechanism of foreign direct investment on economic growth and stability of growth.In the empirical analysis,taking 33 countries in Africa 2003-2015 as samples,compare the contributions of China and other countries' OFDI to African Economic Growth.Then we compare the effects of China and other countries' OFDI on the capital,employment and technological progress of the host countries in Africa Finally,an empirical analysis of the relationship of China OFDI and the stability of economic growth in African countries.Research shows that:The research shows that China's direct investment in Africa is not a unilateral resource acquisition,in contrast,China's OFDI plays a significant role in the economic growth of Africa,and has a positive effect on capital accumulation,employment improvement and technological progress of the host country.Compared with other countries' direct investment in Africa,China's OFDI has greater contribution to Africa's employment,and more conducive to the stability of economic growth in Africa.According to the research results,proposed China should continue to increase the scale and scope of direct investment in Africa,through diversified cooperation continue to drive the African countries capital,employment and technological development,and meanwhile try to reduce the impact of some industries or regions' conflict caused by the investment risk...
