With the convenience of the Internet and the limitation of the traditional mode,a large number of e-commerce platforms are generated.But the more the platforms are,the more serious the homogenization is.And the competition between the platforms is more fierce.In order to solve the bottleneck of the competition,this paper uses hotelling model,by increasing the multi granularity of service to increase the number of the users,for enhancing the profit of the platform,then the platform will win in the competition among lots of homogenized patforms.Based on the Hotelling model,this paper studies the competitive strategy of the multilateral e-commerce platform.The main tasks include:(1).To study literatures in related fields at home and abroad,sorting out the related basic theories.According to the time sequence,picking up the development process of the relevant literature.(2).This study think that the multi granularity service and the number of users will influence the competition of e-commerce platform,By analysing the competition mechanism of multilateral e-commerce platform,this study constructed the multilateral e-commerce platform competition model based on hotelling model.Then used Matlab to solve the model.(3).To analysis two case about multilateral paintings e-commerce platforms.And drawed a data curve diagram with Matlab.The first innovation of this paper is to extend the Hotelling model to the space and apply it to the multilateral mode platform competition.Before that,only a few studies applied the Hotelling model to the competition of the two network platforms,but did not consider the platform mode.The second innovation is that this paper establishes the competition model through two constraints:multi granularity service and user group quantity.Besides,applies the concept of multi granularity service from the Internet area to the engineering field.However,this paper only involves a single competition strategy,and other strategies can be further studied.
