| With the advent of the industrial era of 4.0,the manufacturing industry is undergoing a world-shaking change.May 8,2015,the State Council officially issued the "Made in China 2025" plan,the plan clearly to complete the upgrading of the manufacturing transformation in 2025,cracking the environment and resource constraints,developing the green projects,implementing the green manufacturing.Remanufacturing as an important part of green manufacturing,has significant effects on energy saving,emission reduction and improving resource utilization.In addition,in recent years,more and more consumers are aware of the importance of environmental protection and start to pay attention to green consumption.For one thing,remanufacturing is derived from the green consumption tide,for another,it also can be an effective way to develop a sustainable society.From the perspective of remanufacturing,remanufacturing mainly uses green technology to extend the product life cycle to save energy.Therefore,Sousing green technology to design the remanufactured products is the key factor to succeed in the implementation of remanufacturing.In order to get closer to the status quo of remanufacturing industry in China,this paper studies the manufacturing/remanufacturing decision under different remanufacturing identities by distinguishing different remanufacturers and using optimization methods.This paper discusses the effect of remanufacturing design by manufacturer on the production and pricing strategy in the remanufacturing system.Firstly,this paper expatiates on the theory of remanufacturing and clarifies the characteristics of remanufacturing,then it sorted and summarized the decision-making in different remanufacturing systems,including design decision,manufacturing/remanufacturing production and pricing decision,and remanufacturing patent license cost decision.Next,we develop a double-cycle decision model of manufacturing/remanufacturing with one manufacturer in the remanufacturing system by introducing the differences of consumers' demand for new and remanufacturing products under different remanufacturing identities.With the method of KKT condition and contrary recurrence tactics the model is solved and the related properties of the optimal solution are analyzed.Through the numerical simulation,the impact of recycling rate,consumer's environmental protection consciousness,remanufactured product's perceived value discount coefficient and remanufacturing design cost-saving parameter on manufacturer's optimal production and profit are verified and explored.Finally,this paper extends the model to a remanufacturing system composed of a manufacturer and a remanufacturer.In order to prevent the remanufacturing products from over-seizing the new product market,the manufacturer will charge the re-manufacturer a certain patent license fee,The KKT condition and the reverse order method are used to solve the model,and the properties of the optimal solution are obtained.Finally,the numerical simulation is used to analyze the relationship between the recycling rate,environmental protection consciousness,Product perceived value promotion coefficient,remanufacturing design cost saving parameter on optimal production and profit of the two products.The results show that the remanufacturing design is always dominant to the manufacturer regardless of whether the remanufacturing body is a manufacturer or a remanufacturer,and remanufacturing design can be an effective means for manufacturers to prevent remanufacturer from entering the remanufacturing market. |
