From the perspective of enterprise expected profit maximization,we fully analyzed benefit and cost factors of closed-loop supply chain(CLSC).Consider the uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition that affect the pricing decisions,on this basis,respectively introduce the factors of low-carbon responsibility and patent protection.To study the optimal pricing strategy of CLSC with remanufacturing competition under the influence of different factors,finally,improve the profitability of CLSC.The content of this dissertation are as follows:Part I: The closed-loop supply chain system is composed by a manufacturer,a remanufacturer,a retailer and a consumer under the comprehensive consideration of uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition.The game theory was used to establish the pricing models of CLSC with remanufacturing competition,to study the pricing strategy of CLSC under centralized and decentralized decision.The data from the copier remanufacturing company validate the conclusion,and further analyze the influence of the uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition to pricing strategy and expected profits of CLSC under the two kinds of decision model.Uncertain demand and competition in remanufacturing are pointed out directly related to the expected profits of closed-loop supply chain system.The fluctuations of the wholesale and retail prices about new products and remanufactured,and the expected profits are obtained.In order that the core enterprise of closed-loop supply chain actively responds to the uncertain demand and makes full uses of competition in remanufacturing.Part II: Under the comprehensive consideration of uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition,introduce the low-carbon responsibility,establish the pricing models of CLSC with remanufacturing competition with the goal about the system expected profit maximization,it is concluded that the optimal pricing strategy of CLSC.Then,considering the low-carbon responsibility factor,the numerical examples further respectively analyze the influence of the uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition to pricing strategies and expected profits of CLSC.It is concluded that the optimal pricing strategies of CLSC are under the condition of different market demand and remanufacturing competition.This dissertation provides the basis about pricing decision,to improve the enthusiasm about the node enterprises participate in low-carbon responsibility and remanufacturing competition,in order to achieve profit maximization for the closed-loop supply chain.Part III: Under the uncertain demand and remanufacturing competition,patent licensing is introduced to the pricing models of CLSC with remanufacturing competition with the goal about the system expected profit maximization,study the pricing strategy of CLSC under centralized and decentralized decision.Through the analysis of the optimal pricing strategy under two kinds of decision model,the research results showed that the centralized decision making efficiency of CLSC was higher than decentralized decision based on patent licensing and remanufacturing competition.Therefore,in order to make the system expected profit up to the profit level under the centralized decision,the improved “channel” benefits coordination mechanism is designed.Finally,the numerical examples about the copier remanufacturing company analyze influence of uncertain demand,remanufacturing competition and patent licensing to pricing strategies and expected profits of CLSC under three kinds of decision model.It is concluded that the optimal pricing strategies and profits coordination mechanism are under the new products' patent protection.It provides a reference for government departments to formulate the policy recommendations,and pricing strategies of CLSC with remanufacturing competition.
