Nowadays the increasingly serious environmental problems have deeply affected our daily life.Many countries and organizations have issued waste products recycling law to clear the extended producer responsibility system and require manufacturers assuming the responsibility for recycling and remanufacturing.Meanwhile,a lot of enterprises have also joined the remanufacturing industry as they found the huge profits of remanufacturing activities,the scope of the patent system has also been extended from product production to product obsolescence.Remanufacturing patent licensing is an effective way for the original manufacturer to safeguard their own interests,balancing patent infringement losses and remanufacturing risk,also provides the independent third party manufacturer a legitimate profit channel,it's an effective way to solve the environmental and economic benefits conflict.The dissertation is a comprehensive and systematic study on game theory,optimal control theory,supply chain management theory,product design theory,consumer behavior theory and service marketing theory and other related theories and methods,it analyzes and studies the selection of the production,pricing strategy and optimal remanufacturing patent licensing strategies of closed loop supply chain in different strategic modes with the method of quantitative research and qualitative analysis from the original manufacturer perspective.In this paper,we first study the patent licensing strategy for the quality improvement of the closed-loop supply chain with the consideration of the consumer's quality preference.This paper analyzes and compares the equilibrium output and profit of the original manufacturer and the re manufacturer under different strategies,and obtains the optimal remanufacturing patent licensing strategy of the original manufacturer in the duopoly Cournot competition model.The results show that:(1)the remanufacturing patent licensing strategy of the original manufacturer is related to the initial quality of remanufactured products and the unit production cost of new products and remanufactured products.(2)if the unit cost of new products and remanufactured products is relatively close,it is more advantageous to select the unit production license.If the cost of new products and remanufactured products differ greatly,the choice of fixed fee licensing is more favorable.(3)the profits of the original manufacturer and its patent license fees will be reduced with the increase of the initial quality of remanufactured products.Secondly,this paper studies the influence of consumer's green consciousness on the production,pricing and remanufacturing patent licensing strategy of closed loop supply chain.In the developed market environment,considering the green perferences,this paper studies the influence of the green consumers' accounting on the remanufacturing strategy of the original manufacturer and the patent licensing strategy.The results show that:(1)if the original manufacturer can be re manufactured,the patent license will not happen again.And when the general consumer of the re manufacturing products are with high degree of recognition or more green consumers are in the market,the original manufacturer should make their own re manufacturing;instead,only the production of new products.(2)if the original manufacturer could not be remanufactured,when the green consumers on the market are enough,the fixed fee licensing is better;if the general consumer have high degree of recognition of remanufacturing products and the green consumers are not enough,the production license is better.In the less developed market environment,consumers' buying behavior is influenced by the environment and is irrational,remanufacturing products and remanufacturing identity will affect consumers' perception of the value of new products.In this case,the paper analyzed the production and pricing strategy of different strategies under the mode of the closed-loop supply chain,and then making research on how consumers' irrational behavior affects the original manufacturer's optimal remanufacturing patent licensing strategy.The results show that:(1)if the consumers in the market have a low recognition of remanufacturing products,remanufacturing activities will not occur.(2)if the consumer market of remanufactured products higher degree of recognition,the original manufacturer shall commission production license;(3)in any case,the original manufacturer would not consider themselves to carry out remanufacturing activities.Finally,under the condition of considering product value added service and consumer heterogeneity preferences,this paper studies the problem of patent licensing strategy of the original manufacturer.Assuming that the consumer is willing to pay an additional amount for the product service,this paper discussed optimal production and pricing strategy under different strategies of the closed-loop supply chain,and analyzes the impact of new product and service level of remanufactured products and consumer service level for remanufacturing products acceptance for the closed-loop supply chain strategy.The results show that:(1)the original manufacturer can get more profit by increasing the service level of new products to attract more consumers.(2)when the consumer has a high degree of recognition of the remanufactured product,the original manufacturer should make a royalty on the output of the unit.(3)the original manufacturer will never choose a fixed fee licensing strategy.
