The competition of the Vehicle Market become more and more fierce with the increasingly diverse of its customer's demand and the continuously improvement of the designing and manufacturing technology.One of The core point of this market's competition ability is the manufacture organization ability.According to the Lean Theory,The capability of Kaizen is the core part of the manufacturing organization ability,which is also,be choosed as one of the most important methods to respond to the fluctuation of the market demands by the advanced companies of the entire world.However,many problems,such as lack of strategy-oriented activities and lack of enthusiasm and skills to explore better working methods,are existing in the Kaizen activities of our country's companies.The company F,our research object,also has these problems,which have eliminated its competence.The root of these problems lays in the lacking of a systematic and strategy-oriented management system.Therefore,researching the ways to establish the kaizen management system that specific the direction of the kaizen activity,as well as the process?methodology and evaluation criterion of it,well inevitably become the meaningful guidance for the company to form its core competitiveness in order to deal with the fierce competition.Under such background,this paper carried out a systematic way,including state diagnosing and problem analyzing and the design and implementation of the management system,to research how to build and implement an effective kaizen management system in the welding workshop of F Company.By which the workshop can greatly improve the effect of its kaizen activity and support the improvement of F Company's competition.The first two parts of this paper summarized the main theory of kaizen,such as Continuous Improvement Theory and Systematic Engineering Theory,to get a theory base and a research frame.The third part of this paper put into effect a systematic investigation project about the state of the kaizen activities of welding workshop.And then diagnose its questions by the continuously improvement capability Assessment Model.Finally,this paper find out the root reason of these questions to specify the direction of building a systematic kaizen management system.The fourth part of this paper designed a detailed kaizen management system of welding workshop.Firstly,according to the System Engineering Theory and Continuously Improvement Thoery,as well as the operation state of the workshop,this paper specified the function ?structure and the relation of the system,which contains five sub-system named Policy Management Sub-system?Process-level Kaizen Sub-system?Group-level Kaizen Sub-system?Personal Kaizen and suggestion Sub-system and Kaizen Support Sub-system.Secondly,comprehensively used the method from IE TPS and Organizational Behavior Theroy,this paper detailed builded the kaizen process?kaizen method frame and effect assessment criteria and stimulating policy.Finally,this paper formed a systematic kaizen management system.The fifth part of this paper researched the ways to implement the system in the welding workshop.And then by comparing the real state before and after the implementation of the system,this paper estimated the effect of it to support the conclusion.According to the result,this paper get the conclusion that by systematic designing and implementing the kaizen management system,specifying the process,method frame and the assessment criteria as well as providing necessary resources,companies can obviously improve the workers' kaizen desire?kaizen ability and kaizen efficiency which can improve the manufacture organization ability of the company to support its strategy.
