The price of agricultural products is the bases of others' price.easy to fall into the difficult situation that the over-high price hurts farmers and the over-low price hurts consumers.Benefiting farmers is the central work of our party and government, the two are theoretically consistent:only the development of production, the economy can develop, the product is rich, the people's living standard can improve. But the specific to the bulk of agricultural products may be in conflict:the high cost of production of bulk agricultural products,to promote production must ensure that production costs are effectively compensated, the price will be high, affecting people's living standards;to ensure that people's living standards must be improved To ensure the stability of the price, bulk agricultural prices is the key control object, there may be insufficient income to compensate for the cost of production and hurt the producers, thus affecting production. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of the cost of production on the price of bulk agricultural products, and puts forward suggestions to promote the production of bulk agricultural products in China, protect the interests of farmers and improve the market of bulk agricultural products in China. In this paper, the domestic and foreign literatures related to large agricultural products are sorted out, from the definition of bulk agricultural products, the composition of bulk agricultural production cost, the formation mechanism of bulk agricultural products and the influencing factors of bulk agricultural products, and the relevant literatures are reviewed. Then, three assumptions are put forward based on the theory of price compensation, price formation theory and product differentiation theory, and the influence of production cost on price and lag effect are studied. On this basis, this paper selected six kinds of large-scale agricultural products such as wheat, soybean, maize, rice and oil in food products, oil and pig,as the research object, and the name of each of the six kinds of agricultural products from 1990 to 2015 Price, production cost and profitability, and then construct the VEC model at production cost and price to test whether there is Granger causality between the two variables, then use the production cost as the explanatory variable, the price is the explanatory variable, the international agricultural price and the population The number of control variables for the establishment of a multiple linear regression model was studied. The production cost of bulk agricultural products has a significant impact on the price;the cost of production of bulk agricultural products has a hysteresis on the price, but it is not universal;the cost of production of bulk agricultural products is lagging behind the price. The production cost of bulk agricultural products has a significant effect on the price of bulk agricultural products.Affect, vary by breed.According to the conclusion of the study, the following suggestions are put forward:the state should increase the implementation of the preferential agricultural policy, directly subsidize the producer of large agricultural products to make up the production cost under the price control, mobilize the enthusiasm of agricultural producers;actively promote scientific and technological innovation and expand the scale of production,Improve the quality of labor producers to improve labor productivity, reduce the unit of bulk agricultural production costs;improve China's agricultural products market, reduce the bulk of agricultural production costs of non-production costs, reduce production costs and price gap.
