The Research On XiJinping's Thought Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a shortcoming that restricts social and economic development of our country.Since the establishment of People's Republic of China,all the governments have always given top priority to poverty alleviation.Through unremitting efforts,we have made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation,but china still has a long way to go in poverty reduction.China set a goal of building a well-off society and lifting all poverty-stricken people in rural areas out of poverty by 2020.There are still large amount of poor people in the rural areas and the cause of poverty is complex.It is a difficult problem to make a success and build a well-off society.Since 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi Jinping has put poverty alleviation in a prominent position in governing the country,including the overall layout of the "five integrations" and the strategic layout of the "four comprehensives".Xi Jinping visited the poor areas many times to express his condolences to the needy people and investigated poverty alleviation work.According to the actual situation in China,he put forward the idea of “ targeted “ Poverty Alleviation.With the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty reduction strategy,in order to ensure poverty eradication on schedule,the Party Central Committee has made a series of major policy decisions to solve the problems that have arisen during the poverty alleviation work.It has adopted extraordinary and innovative measures to plan rural poverty alleviation work.At the same time,constitutes a new plan for poverty reduction in China.This is a new contribution to Marxist anti-poverty theory in China,and another major innovation in the socialism theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which provides important guidance for poverty alleviation in the new era in China.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.This chapter mainly introduces the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and research methods,and discusses the innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second chapter is the forming condition of Xi Jinping's idea of targeted poverty alleviation.Firstly,the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping's idea of targeted poverty alleviation is expounded,namely the anti-poverty theory of Marx and Engels.Secondly,it discusses that Xi Jinping's idea of targeted poverty alleviation is a scientific theory based on China's social poverty problem and the current situation of poverty management.From the root causes of poverty problems in China,the problems faced by poverty alleviation and the need to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the three aspects form the realistic foundation of "targeted poverty alleviation".At last,it discusses the process of Xi Jinping's knowledge of poverty and local governance of poverty.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,he has put forward the idea of "targeted poverty alleviation" and its continuous development and improvement.The third chapter analyzes the scientific connotation of Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation.First of all,the core of the idea of quasi-poverty alleviation is expounded from four aspects: precise identification,precise management,precise help and accurate assessment.Secondly,from the three aspects of spiritual poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation and social cooperation,it expounds the practical path of targeted poverty alleviation.Finally,it discusses the important guarantee of targeted poverty alleviation,which is to strengthen the party building at the grass-roots level,carry out responsibilities layer by layer,strictly supervise and assess the mechanism,and escort the sustainable development of the strategy of "targeted poverty alleviation".Xi Jinping's pursuit of value for accurate poverty alleviation reflects the fairness and justice of the society.Starting from the interests of the people,it enhances the well-being of the people,realizes poverty alleviation,and enriches the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping's idea of targeted poverty alleviation promoted the transformation and upgrading of China's poverty alleviation work,innovated the poverty alleviation model,took rural revitalization as the starting point,promoted the implementation of precision poverty alleviation work,provided poverty relief for the rural poor on schedule in China,built a well-off society in an all-round way and globally Poverty alleviation has played a guiding and promoting role.
