Research On The Influence Of Economic Growth And Industrial Structure On The Level Of Urbanization In Hebei Province

Urbanization is gradually formed with the optimization of the regional industrial structure and the improvement of the economy.Industrialization can also provide economic support for the development of urbanization.The experience of various countries shows that the driving force for the development of urbanization must be based on economic growth and optimization of industrial structure.In recent years,the supporting role of the urban economy in Hebei Province has become increasingly evident.The urbanization process in Hebei Province has also entered a mid-term acceleration phase.However,through comparison with other provinces and cities in the east and the national level,it is found that the level of urbanization in Hebei Province is relatively backward,not only lagging far behind developed provinces and cities,but also reaching the national average level of development.In addition,the unbalanced economic development in the province and the unreasonable industrial structure have not provided a good foundation for urbanization.The resulting lag in the urbanization process has become one of the major constraints to the building of a modern and strong province in Hebei Province.From Hebei Province's own consideration,the promotion of urbanization is the best way to solve the re-employment of the transfer of labor force.It is a strong support for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and it is also an important engine of economic growth.From a macro perspective,accelerating the process of urbanization in Hebei province is of great strategic significance to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and even to society.Hebei Province is close to Beijing and Tianjin,which should have occupied a regional advantage in the process of urbanization.However,after analyzing the level of economic and urbanization in each city of Hebei Province,it is found that the development of the cities is uneven and no major city can play a leading role in radiating other cities.Especially for Hebei Province,where geographical differences are significant,the urbanization development model cannot be replicated.How to formulate the feasible countermeasures for urbanization development based on the characteristics of the region and the favorable conditions for the development within the province,so as to provide decision-making basis for new urbanization construction.At the same time,it is particularly important to provide models for urbanization in other regions.Therefore,this paper hopes to explore the reasons behind the process of urbanization through exploring the influence of economic and industrial structure on the development of urbanization in Hebei Province and propose the corresponding feasible measures,so that Hebei Province can achieve the goal of building a modernized province as soon as possible.In view of this,this article summarizes the economic and industrial structure and urbanization research of Xu Chuanchen and Dai Zhimin,and uses the panel data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2000 to 2015,while using Eviews software,empirical analysis of the role of economic growth,industrial structure and urbanization in Hebei Province.Through research,it is found that economic growth and industrial structure have positive effects on the development of urbanization in different degrees.In contrast,the industrial structure has a greater effect on the promotion of urbanization,while the interaction between economic growth and industrial structure is delayed the process of urbanization in Hebei Province.In order to make the interaction between the two play a positive promotion effect on the development of urbanization in Hebei Province,we must further adjust and optimize the industrial structure and pay attention to the quality of economic development so that the economic growth and the industrial structure can be coordinated.Therefore,Hebei Province must combine the actual situation of the province to give full play to the advantages of location,develop its characteristic industries,continuously optimize the industrial structure,consolidate the construction of infrastructure and improve the urban system.At the same time,Hebei Province must also pay attention to cultivating the cultural literacy of residents,so as to effectively improve the level of urbanization.
