Study On The Impact Of Economic Structure Change On Regional Economic Growth In Jilin Province

The added value of China’s tertiary industry exceeded the added value of the second industry for the first time in 2013.The added value of the service industry exceeds the industry.The third industry is the largest industrial sector in the national economy.The service industry has become a pillar industry for the development of the national economy.At present,considering the factors such as industrial structure and level of urbanization,China has begun to present the characteristics of the late stage of industrialization.China’s economic development has entered a new normal.With the continuous accumulation of population and industry,service industry development and its internal structure optimization also ushered in a new development opportunities.Transformation and upgrading of industrial structure become one of the important research topics,with optimizing the industrial structure,vigorously developing the modern service industry.We will accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure to achieve the transformation of new and old drivers.Therefore,based on the changes of industrial structure in Jilin Province,this paper tries to find the law of industrial structure change in Jilin province and its impact on economic growth,so as to provide reference for the promotion of industrial structure transformation and upgrading.This paper analyzes the relevant theories of regional economic development and the macro environment of the evolution of national industrial structure.From the national output structure,the third industry is currently dominant,and which has become the new driver of economic development.Considering the level of economic development,the three industrial output value structure,the urbanization rate and the proportion of the employed persons in the primary industry,the industrialization process of Jilin Province is lagging behind the national average,which is lagging behind the whole country and not entering the later stage of industrialization.From the three industrial output structure of Jilin Province,the second industry still occupies the dominant position.The service industry has not been able to takeover the industry as a new impetus to promote the regional economic development in the process of urbanization.The development level of the service industry is lower than the national average.From the employment structure,the tertiary industry practitioners accounted for a larger,which has become the main industry to absorb employment.The development of service industry is not balanced in Jilin Province.Changchun and Jilin have prominent advantages.The service industries in the two places account for the higher proportion of the service industry in the province.They have become the growth pole of the service industry in Jilin Province.They are the core area of the service industry development in the province.Their advantage is stronger than that of the east and west area.Based on the national statistical data,this paper studies the impact of China’s industrial structure on economic growth,and comprehensively studying the impact of urbanization on the direct and indirect transmission mechanism of economic growth.We get a few main conclusions.Impact on economic growth has the regional difference of industrialization.It has a promoting effect in the east and west region,It is not significant in the central region,It has inhibitory effect in the northeast.There are also regional differences in the high level of industrial structure,which has been promoted in the eastern and western regions,having a inhibitory effect in the northeast and central regions.The advancement of urban processes in the four major regions is conducive to economic growth.The process of urbanization and economic growth was inverted "U" type relationship.There are regional differences in the indirect transmission ways of urbanization.There is a restraining effect in the eastern and northeastern areas.There is a promoting role in the central and western regions.The indirect conduction effect is obviously lower than the direct effect.Since the reform and opening up,the economy of jilin province has been developing rapidly,with remarkable achievements in various industries.Industry and service industry has become the main driving force for economic growth.Especially the development of the service industry has become an important measure of economic structure optimization.Based on the statistical data of Jilin Province,this paper studies the impact of industrial structure on economic growth in Jilin Province,and comprehensively examining the impact of urbanization on the direct and indirect transmission mechanism of regional economic growth in Jilin Province.We get afew main conclusions.Industrialization and high industrial structure have promoted the economic growth of the three regions in Jilin province.The impact of urbanization on regional economic growth shows a significant regional difference,which has a positive effect in the eastern and western region.There is no significant situation in the central region.The indirect effect has promoted economic growth in the three regions.Urbanization is still the key to accelerate the development.It has obvious regional differences fiscal spending levels on the influence of the Jilin province regional economic growth.It is negative correlation in the eastern region.It can promote the regional economic grow in the central and western regions.The improvement of the financial development level has not yet played a role in promoting economic growth.On the base of empirical analysis,combined with the main features of Jilin province economy at present,we will analyse the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure by SWOT in Jilin Province,finding out the internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and challenges for adjustment of industrial structure in Jilin province.From the internal situation of jilin province,jilin province has developed support policy.Development zone comprehensive strength is strong.Automobile,petrochemical,agricultural products development trend is good,talent training obvious advantages.Scientific and technological innovation ability is strong,Investment structure is optimized.Foreign investment has taken new steps and many other advantages etc.Jilin province is facing the three industrial structure unreasonable,the internal industrial structure imbalance,sluggish domestic demand,input and output low efficiency,the service industry development regional structural imbalance and other disadvantages etc.From the external environment,the state issued a series of preferential policies to support the development of the northeast region.Jilin province is facing important opportunities policy,Changchun and Jilin regional integration steadily,the border port
