Study On The Relation Of The Economic Growth And Industrial Pollution In Hebei Province

In recent years, the rapid development of the economy of Hebei Province brings theenergy crisis and environment pollution, It is important problem in the current academicfield that how to solve the relation of the rapid economic growth and protectingenvironment and walk the path of sustainable development. The pollution control in HebeiProvince is important task of “Twelfth Five-Year” plan, and it is the inevitable choice ofenergy conservation and emission reduction. Environmental pollution， economic growthand social progresses are closely related, so it has important theoretical and realisticsignificance to analysis the impact of the economic development to environment impact.Emissions of pollutants is one of the main ways of human activities affect the environment,it is the important point of view that from human activities on environmental influencedegree of change, to research emissions variations so as to optimize the industrial pollutioncontrol.This paper summarizes the relationship between economic growth and environmentalpollution of the theory: obtain the economic growth model under the restriction ofeconomic growth model. This paper analyzed the current situation and trends of economicgrowth and industrial pollution in Hebei Province. The paper selects the main industrialpollutants index and economic growth index to do the graphics analysis, analysis the trendof change of economic growth and industrial pollution in Hebei Province. Construct theeconometric analysis model that industry waste water, industrial waste gas and industrialwaste, verify the environment Brezhnev curve between the economic growth and industrialpollution emissions of Hebei Province. Use the unit root test, cointegration test andgeneralized impulsive effect function analysis of economic growth and industrial pollutionin Hebei Province to research trend of change between the economic growth and industrialpollution emissions of Hebei Province. Use factor decomposition method, do factordecomposition on industrial pollution emissions of production activities, it is concluded thatthe effect of industrial pollutants in Hebei province. It has important practical significance,provide a reference and gives suggestions to realize “Twelfth Five-Year “on pollutioncontrol goal according to influence factor analysis results of industrial pollutionoptimization.
