As the lifeblood of enterprises,working capital is maintaining the survival and development of enterprises,the importance of working capital management is self-evident.Good working capital can help enterprises to reduce financial risk,and improve enterprise's solvency and profitability,and provided a basis and made guarantee for the management level of ascension.Based on the importance of working capital,the method of traditional structural optimization have been unable to adapt to the development of contemporary enterprises demand,channel concept was put forward by research scholars,the supply chain management and customer relationship management were reflected in the channels,improve the enterprise working capital management.The combination of the working capital management and process management,made the management of working capital integrity.This article selects Yuancheng Cable Corporation as the research object,Yuancheng Cable Corporation is a manufacturing enterprises with its main business is specialized in wire and cable processing,the company is in rapid development period,the traditional working capital management methods have been unable to meet the gradually expand the scale,lead to significant working capital problem.This article uses the literature analysis method,case analysis method,and quantitative analysis method based on the idea that the proportion of working capital in total business turnover tends to be the smallest.The current situation of the company's working capital management was analyzed comprehensively from the four aspects of currency funds,accounts receivable,inventory,and accounts payable,and the problems found were analyzed and the causes were analyzed.Select appropriate evaluation indicators,use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weights,and comprehensively evaluate the company's working capital management performance.Comprehensive considerations from the four aspects of monetary funds,accounts receivable,inventory and accounts payable,a set of working capital management plans for the company,and put forward targeted protection measures.For the purpose of this article,the company aims to propose a scientific,effective and systematic working capital management program.It is hoped that relevant working capital management methods can be proposed for relevant SMEs.
