The construction of standardized service system is an important way to improve service efficiency and quality.With the rapid development of Internet technology,service industry,products,and technology have undergone profound changes.In recent years,the standard service institutions closely follow the social needs of the community to provide first-class standard technical advisory services.However,as a standard service organization in the process of providing services how to do their own service standardization of the problem has become a hot research.Based on a large amount of reading literature,this paper deeply understands the characteristics of the Internet and the development trend.Based on the theory of total quality management and standardized service,this paper tries to study the standard service organization from the "Internet +" perspective to establish the standardized service system for itself.Improve management efficiency,improve service quality,enhance public satisfaction.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research on standardization service system construction based on total quality management are expounded,and the research trend of standardization service system construction at home and abroad is summarized.Second,the use of total quality management,integrated standardized management,standardized service theory and other basic concepts and theoretical thinking in order to provide the need base theory for follow-up research.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the status quo of standardized service system management,the necessity of standardization service system construction is put forward,and the problems existing in standardization service system construction are deeply analyzed.Fourthly,the paper puts forward the design idea,construction principle and construction method of standardization service system based on total quality management theory,and analyzes the standardization service system classification research method in detail,and puts forward the standardization service standard service based on total quality management theory System template design,summed up the standardization of service system framework and standardized service standard system table.Fifthly,this paper takes Fujian Institute of Standardization as an example to analyze the construction and practice of the standardization service system of Fujian Institute of Standardization.From the quality management system,standardized service business,standardized service platform based on "Internet +",etc.Standardized service system construction and practice provides a detailed case.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the conclusion,innovation,insufficiency and suggestion of further study are drawn.This paper analyzes the status quo of standardized service system management and the problems existing in the construction of standardized service system,and puts forward the construction and practice of standardized service system by combining literature analysis method,case analysis method and investigation and research method.In the future,how to use the quantitative analysis and other aspects to explore the standardization of services is worthy of study.
