The new generation employees has become the main force in the workplace, theyshowed the older generation of workers with different characteristics in the work. Itgives enterprise managers a great challenge. Related surveys and studies show that thecareer growth is the most important factors of resignation and selection of work,therefore, companies must pay attention to career growth problems of the newgeneration of employees. In the aspect of theory, it gives more attentions topsychological capital and active behavior with the rise of positive psychology andpositive organizational behavior in recent years, but research on the relationshipamong employees’ psychological capital, proactive behavior and career growth isscattered. In this context, the paper presents a comprehensive model to study therelationship among these three variates.This paper uses SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0to analysis the relevant data whichrefers to the psychological capital, career growth scale of domestic scholars and activebehavior scale foreign scholars. We get the following conclusions:(1) Checkout the measurement dimensions and indicators of psychological capital,positive behavior and career growth of the new generation employees. It is different tothe original dimensions after setting the reliability and validity. Tenacious andconfident courageous dimension of task-oriented psychological capital are combinedinto one factor, and it includes tough self-confidence, forge ahead and optimistic hope.Thanksgiving and respect dedication of relation-oriented psychological capital arecombined into one factor, and it includes courteous devotion, forgiveness andhumility inclusive calm. Job promotion and salary growth rate of career growth arecombined into one factor, and it includes the speed of job and salary increase, careergoals and career ability. Positive behavior includes solve problems and realize theidea initiatively.(2) The paper analysis the differences in the characteristics variables on thepsychological capital positive behavior and career growth of the new generationemployees, we discovery that workers of different age in the dimensions of mentaltoughness confidence have significant differences, workers of different academic havesignificant differences in the dimensions of post and salary increase speed, theworkers who are working in different units have significant differences in thedimensions of forge ahead;(3) Task-oriented psychological capital has significant positive impact on theactive behavior, relation-oriented psychological capital has significant positive impacton the active behavior, relation-oriented psychological capital has significant positiveimpact on career growth, career growth has significant positive the impact on active behavior, task-oriented psychological capital has no significant impact on the careergrowth; Positive behavior plays an fully intermediary role between task-orientedpsychological capital and career growth, and plays an partly intermediary rolebetween the relation-oriented psychological capital and career growth.
