With the continuous development of China's financial industry,financial innovation and mixed-business development have been particularly rapid.A large number of financial holding companies and financial institutions have emerged.They are large in scale,complex in structure,and highly correlative,raising systemic risks to some extent.The hidden danger.At the same time,certain financial wealth management services and products are characterized by cross-cutting features.Since regulatory loopholes can be used to achieve high levels of returns,so-called regulatory arbitrage emerges in an endless stream,making China's financial market more unstable.Moreover,in the context of economic globalization,countries in the world have a high degree of economic correlation,and a good international economic environment has a great role in promoting China's economic development.China is currently undergoing a comprehensive economic restructuring.The risks within the financial system have gradually emerged.China's financial regulatory reform still has a long way to go.China's financial industry is now showing a clear mixed-business status.Before the separate supervision model has been unable to meet the needs of the current economic and financial development,and more critical is that the separate financial supervision model will also bring a lot of financial supervision.Among the problems,the most obvious one is the arbitrage of financial supervision,which may lead to the evasion of financial resources in the financial markets,thereby increasing the financial asset bubble and easily causing chaos in the financial market that violates laws and regulations,causing unpredictable consequences.China's financial regulatory authorities have also issued corresponding policies.However,due to the impact of the current financial regulatory system and other factors,there is a lack of penetration supervision and a strong and effective regulatory power.Therefore,many financial issues have become chronic diseases.This not only increases the risk of China's financial market,but also is not conducive to protecting the legitimate interests of investors,but also undermines the good image of China's financial industry.Therefore,the reform of China's financial supervision system has reached the point where it is necessary to cause all parties to attach great importance to it.Since 2015,the "War between Bao Neng and Vanke" that broke out in China's A-share market has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.On June 9,2017,China Evergrande transferred its equity coefficient held by Vanke to the Shenzhen Metro and finally broke the stalemate in the "War between Bao Neng and Vanke".This two-decade “War between Bao Neng and Vanke eventually came to a close with Shenzhen Metro officially becoming Vanke's largest shareholder.The "War between Bao Neng and Vanke " is a representative of the enterprise mergers that will inevitably arise under the background of financial innovation and mixed operation.The financial supervision issues exposed by the "War between Bao Neng and Vanke " also need to be resolved.This article examines the case of "Bao Wan's dispute" from the perspective of financial supervision and analyzes the basic situation of the "War between Bao Neng and Vanke " and discusses under the background that domestic financial innovation and mixed-business development are developing particularly rapidly.Existing risks and problems,learning from and drawing on the advanced financial supervision experience of the developed capitalist countries such as the United States,Britain,and the European Union,combined with China's basic national conditions,based on the characteristics of China's current financial markets,targeted the promotion of China's financial industry's health Development of opinions and suggestions.
