| The Corn processing industry of China in the Tenth Year Plan and Eleventh Five Year Plan period growing too fast, resulting in today’s market is saturated, competition, domestic inflation pressure, and the national policy of the macroscopical adjusting control of the industry. In such an environment, enterprises will decide on what path to follow? How to save the enterprise from a strategic business point of view and seek a turning point for the enterprise has became a reality and urgent issue.In this paper, we deeply investigate the formation mechanism of the development strategy, the direction of strategy and the implementation of strategy of Linqing De Neng Jin Maize Biotechnology Co., Ltd,using the basic theory and the analysis meothod of strategic management, according to the corn processing industry characteristics, combined with domestic and international economic trends and the future of corn starch processing industry development trend.Based on the internal and external environment of Linqing De Neng Jin Maize Biotechnology Co., Ltd, we analyze the company’s opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses,, establish a development strategy for the company by using SWOT analysis, and propose five measures to ensure the successful implementation of corporate strategy.We hope this article can bring its forward direction and long-lasting for Linqing De Neng Jin Maize Biotechnology Co., Ltd by doing its development strategy research. |
