Research On Development Strategy Optimization Of Xin Neng Jian Group

At present,the pace of economic globalization is accelerating,the construction enterprises are facing a new development situation.In order to seize the high value-added part of the industrial chain,the foreign and domestic construction enterprises are actively seeking transformation and upgrading,and adopting various means to enhance the level of internal management,so as to ensure an invincible position in the increasingly fierce competition in construction market.Xin neng jian group is a traditional construction enterprise,which covers military construction,new energy construction,industrial and civil construction.Since established,Xin neng jian group adopted diversified development strategies to its business.The business model is mainly in construction contracting,commonly known as "labor contractor" or "construction team".As the macroeconomic situation of the international and domestic construction industry changes,the current development strategy of Xin neng jian group cannot adapt to the market demands as well as the development of itself,which results in core business market shrinking,financial pressure,and extensive development.All the problems put Xin neng jian group at risk.Therefore,by reverse thinking,this paper optimize the development strategy of Xin neng jian group from the perspective of risk management.,so as to expand its industrial chain,strengthen its core business advantages,enlarge business areas and reduce its risk of business development.Based on the review of the running status of Xin neng jian group's development strategy as well as the conclusion of macro-micro analysis by using strategic management tools,this paper presents three principles of development strategy optimization and two levels of optimization goals from the perspective of risk management.Also,the paper integrates risk analysis and two steps of risk warning into the original management programe of the company's development strategy.What's more,this paper puts forward some safeguard measures,such as building platform,compacting management foundation,strengthening talent training and raising capital support?...
