Research On The Mechanism Of The Value Factors Of The Business Model In Profitable Incubator

In our country the incubation industry entered a rapid transition to adapt the'new requirements and new features 'of management and 'new economy'.However,behind the rapidly development of our country's incubators,there are many hidden dangers and problems that need to be solved urgently.For example,the income channel is unitary,the resources conformity ability is poor,the incubation service is not enough specialized,the market risk resistance is low and so on.Many incubators are difficult to continue,so we should pay attention to the quality of incubators while pursuing quantity development.The current research on the incubator mainly concentrated in the operation or the profitability of a single aspect,there are scholars mainly study the incubator performance evaluation,performance evaluation,technical service and high-tech industry incubator area evaluation etc..However,few scholars start from the view of value to discuss the elements of the business model and use the grounded theory method to explore the function mechanism of profitable incubator business model value factors.Therefore,in order to play better in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship incubator role,which needs to be divided into business incubator and corporate enterprises,starting from the profitable incubator to explore the elements of its business model,it will be related to the operation ability,profit ability,service ability of incubator and sustainable development ability etc..According to the interview,research of profitable incubator,information of network news and special report information,using the grounded theory and combining the theory of value.At last,using ROST CM software integrated and refined a large amount of text information.The specific factors that reflect the value of profitable business model are extracted,and their types and characteristics are analyzed.The findings of this dissertation:(1)profitable incubator business model value factors include value proposition,value creation,value realization and value network 4 main categories;(2)further explore the relationship between primary and secondary categories,and build a functional mechanism of profitable incubator business model of the value elements.And pointed out how to providing professional service for entrepreneurs in the future,it has the very good practical significance.
