Research On Operation Model Of H Business Incubator

The era of digital-driven intelligent economy has begun,and the competition in national strength is ultimately the competition for talents.Entrepreneurship and innovation is to let the right people do the right thing,which is not only to meet the needs of the new form of employment,but also to meet the needs of national strategic transformation.Strengthening the cultivation of relevant talents has become an indispensable condition for building an "innovative country".As a crucial part of the entrepreneurial system,incubators,to a certain extent,bear the burden of the era of cultivating national innovative and entrepreneurial talents.With the strong support of the state,the number of incubators has increased year by year.However,as the investment winter approaches,the industry has entered a period of self-adjustment and survival of the fittest,and a large number of incubators are facing the dilemma of transformation or bankruptcy.This paper takes the operation mode of H incubator as the research object.Firstly,it combs the theories and literatures related to the operation mode of incubators at home and abroad,and makes a detailed introduction to the current operation status of the enterprise.Meanwhile,it analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by combining PEST and SWOT models.Then,combined with the current situation of the enterprise and the feedback of the questionnaire survey results,it summarizes the shortcomings of the current operation model;Finally,combined with sharing economy theory,enterprise life cycle theory and entrepreneurial ecosystem theory,aiming at some problems exposed in its operation process,corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed from different levels.In this paper,the operation mode is divided into service mode and profit mode.In terms of service mode,the corresponding service level of H incubator is affected due to the lack of reasonable planning and design of entrepreneurship counseling courses,professionals,mentor team and platform construction.In terms of profit model,H incubator will face the problem of unstable profitability for a long time due to the lack of self-hematopoietic ability.In view of the problems existing in these two dimensions and combining relevant theories to solve problems and overcome disadvantages,it is suggested to provide more professional,stable and diversified services and build an entrepreneurial friendly ecosystem with efficient and reasonable utilization of resources.
