Balanced Scorecard(BSC)is a mature method of enterprise performance evaluation,which has been widely used in large enterprises,but also received the unanimous praise of enterprises.As a result,the above performance evaluation can be introduced into the small and medium-sized retail enterprises,which can improve the efficiency of these enterprises,and has a guiding significance for the development of these enterprises.In this study,the Y market as the research object,starting from the case analysis,the theory of performance evaluation and the Balanced Scorecard enterprise and enterprise practice,using literature query,investigation and analysis of various research methods,comparative analysis and other methods to carry out targeted.On the basis of the effective assessment of the previous assessment of the group and the grassroots shopping malls,the specific preparation and strategic indicators of enterprise performance appraisal reform are formulated.On the basis of comprehensive recommendations for enterprise employees,separately from the four levels of the enterprise finance,customer management,learning and communication,etc.at small and medium-sized retail enterprise performance evaluation system,and explains the strategic themes,each strategic goal,set out the specific index and the weight calculation,drawing the balance scorecard and strategy map,and show that the weight coefficient of each of the strategic objectives in the balanced scorecard,the completion of the entire research work.On the basis of the implementation of the basic ideas,but also for the Y shopping malls to design a set of reasonable performance appraisal system.In the end,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to implement the balanced scorecard.I hope that through this research,to find the strategic support system to solve the enterprise performance evaluation of the Y market,can effectively measure the enterprise's development strategy,in this study,in addition to the enterprise to solve some problems,but also can provide useful experience for other similar enterprises.Since the company has just begun to use the Balanced Scorecard scoring system for performance evaluation,some of the problems in practice have not yet appeared.For the potential problems of the new assessment system,in the future,it is necessary to carry out the research on the balanced scorecard system,and also help to sum up the deficiencies of the implementation of new management methods,so as to improve the overall management level of the enterprise.
