| The school of strategic value and ruse believes that strategy is the subject's ruse about value and its realization, and is accordingly made up of the subject's value and the ploy which conforms to and is helpful to enhance the subject's value. The value decides the strategy's chronicity, globality, and instructiveness, and the poly decides the strategy's flexibility and operability. So value management is the most important part of strategy management.Through the relevant theoretical research in value,it is found that the subject's value is not static. The major event, which happens accidentally, and its evolution produce extremely important influence on the forming and the change of the subject's value. In this paper, valuable events represent all of the events that produce significant impact on the subject's value,so valuable events inevitably influence the effect of strategy management.Accordingly,it is necessary that the manager should focus on valuable events happening in the process of strategy implementation and adopt appropriate countermeasures, which is related to the success of strategy management.Based on the theoretical conception of strategic value and ruse as well as the relative theories in value, this paper starts from defining valuable events, and determines the valuable event's clarification according to its influence on the subjects' value and its conversion. On the above conclusion, the author puts forward valuable events' management system oriented to strategy implementation and applies it to analyze the Haier smashing refrigerator scandal and the Sanlu milk powder scandal.Among the system, the process of management contains premier management, prompt management and later management, and the supporting system is consisted with organization structure, information system and institutional system. In this paper, the study provides a beneficial support to the theoretical realization of strategy management proposed by the school of strategic value and ruse.At the same time,it provides theoretical complement and reference to well-known value management and its implementation. |
