Research On The Relationship Between The Servitization Of Manufacturing And The Enterprise Performance

Manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy,as well as the important support of the China's economic and social development,enhancing the overall level of our country manufacturing industry is very important to realize the healthy and stable development of economy in our country.With the progress of the development of economy and technology,the traditional manufacturing activities in declining profits,manufacturing enterprises between the increasingly fierce competition,manufacturing enterprises have to create new competitive advantage through service,service has become the important trend of global manufacturing.However,from the existing literature,the research of manufacturing enterprise service mainly for the enterprises of developed countries,for the research of service in our country is still in the preliminary and exploratory stage,more theoretical research and empirical research.This will result in theoretical study lacks empirical foundation,does not favor the strategic theory of service system of development and creation,practice of service will also result in manufacturing enterprises lack of theoretical guidance.Thus,this study will explore the extent of the manufacturing enterprise service through empirical research and the relationship between the corporate performance,and verify some situational factors will have a regulating effect on the relationship between the two.This study first carding manufacturing related literature of' service,has been clear about the manufacturing stage of the evolvement of the concept,motivation,and path of service;Then based on related theories of service manufacturing,constructing service manufacturing enterprise can the degree of relationship with the enterprise performance model,and the industrial concentration,the complexity of technology,enterprise scale as regulating variable is introduced into;Then research institute to data collection,using the method of cross section data,using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software on the sample data description statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,it is concluded that the results of the analysis;Finally,research conclusions according to the results of the analysis,the paper puts forward management,analyzes the limitation of the research,puts forward prospect for future research.Through the above research,this study the following main conclusions:(1)the extent of the manufacturing enterprise service has no marked impact on financial performance,and the effects on non-financial performance significantly;(2)the degree of industrial concentration of service to the manufacturing enterprise and the relationship between financial performance without adjustment,and the level of service for manufacturing enterprise and the financial performance of the relationship has a negative regulatory role;(3)the degree of technical complexity of service for manufacturing enterprise and the relationship between financial performance without adjustment,and the level of service for manufacturing enterprise and the financial performance of the relationship has a positive regulatory role;(4)the degree of enterprise scale of manufacturing enterprise service and the relationship between financial performance and non-financial performance has no significant regulatory role,but with non-financial performance showed a significant positive correlation.Service levels are the conclusions of this study reveals the manufacturing enterprise to a positive impact on financial performance,verify the industrial concentration degree of service,the complexity of technology for manufacturing enterprises and the relationship between the non-financial performance has significant regulatory role,the hope can provide manufacturing enterprises value-chain management practice with reference and guidance.
