Inventory is an indispensable material for enterprises,plays an important role in the normal production and business activities and the relationship between supply and demand.Inventory management is the core and soul of logistics management.Modern inventory management in addition to the management of internal resources,but also the supply chain system resources.Therefore,if you can solve the problems in warehouse management,reduce warehouse management costs,improve staff efficiency,business management in the promotion is very helpful.This paper studies the inventory management of X Company from the perspective of modern supply chain warehouse operation management.X's warehouse management model is relatively backward,high management costs,some fast consumer goods warehouse there is the problem of commodity management period.This paper studies the current situation of the management of the typical fast moving consumer goods warehouse,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the existing operation management mode,designs a new management mode which conforms to the operation of the fast moving consumer goods warehouse,and successfully implements the pilot warehouse.And then summarizes the various management measures needed for the success of the new management measures,and discussed the follow-up in the whole group to promote the implementation process should pay attention to some of the problems and coping strategies.As an example of the application of mobile consumer management of fast moving consumer goods,this paper analyzes the warehouse management mode of X Company,and summarizes the shortcomings of the fast moving consumer goods warehouse in operation and management.To find out the problems in the management of the company's warehouses,and to study the solution to the problem,through the implementation of new programs to improve the management of warehouse operations to solve the existing problems,improve the efficiency of warehouse management staff,reduce the enterprise warehouse management cost.
