Daily chemical fast moving consumer goods(FMCG)can be seen everywhere in our daily life and is an indispensable part of residents’ life.FMCG distributors,as an important part of the product delivery value chain,make a lot of construction for product channel promotion and market maintenance.Starting from the actual work demand,LB company is facing the dilemma of distribution channel construction and layout in the development of daily chemical FMCG dealers.This thesis selects the dealers of the LB company in D city of FMCG as the research object,and makes an in-depth study on the current development problems,causes and Improvement Countermeasures of the distribution capacity of FMCG dealers.This thesis starts with the distributor’s own role positioning and development strategy,product portfolio,corporate operation efficiency and other issues involved in the distributor’s operation process,designs relevant questionnaires,diagnoses the main problems in the distributor’s operation process through data analysis,and clearly puts forward the specific performance and measurement standards of the distributor’s distribution ability.Put forward reasonable solutions according to the actual situation of the object and combined with the current development situation.This study makes a systematic evaluation of the current situation and problems of the LB enterprise distributor in D city,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the current lack of distributors’ distribution ability,including unclear role positioning and development strategy of distributors at this stage,weak coverage of distribution channels,limited profit model,imperfect internal team management process,etc.on this basis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve their brand strength and competitiveness Specific countermeasures to expand distribution channels and establish an efficient distribution management system.The research results are not only applicable to the LB daily chemical FMCG distributor in D city,but also applicable to other distributors in this industry.The research is based on the development of the whole industry.The evaluation methods and solutions for distributors have a certain reference significance for distributors’ ability improvement. |
