Nowadays,enterprises,as a vital component in the society,can also be said that it is one of the world.From the beginning to its development and growth,“long divided,must unite;long united,must divide" is enterprises' internal trend.With the continuous development of enterprises,the internal division of labor become more and more obvious,so its need for more professional talent.Moreover,its own dynamic capabilities and adapt to the external environment dynamic capacity also increased,the internal network routines continue to improve.Due to the repeated implementation of specialized division of labor,theincreasingly accumulate common understanding among enterprises provide a basis of enterprises' efficiency.In other words,enterprises can deal with things more and more efficient.In summary,there is a certain correlation between the increasingly concerned dynamic capacity and corporate network routines.In the previous,the academics believed that routine,as enterprise's genes,is stable,and independent of each other.Moreover,dynamic ability,as a capacity which changes the operational capacity,has no clear relationship with enterprise routine.However,Feldman and Pentland(2003)have shown that the routine is not stable,it is interdependent between internal routine and among routines,and as enterprise dynamics change,enterprise routine will change simultaneously.Moreover,it even produces new and more adaptable to enterprise routine.Therefore,the relationship between enterprise network routines and dynamic capabilities is worthy of further study,which can help companies choose a more suitable strategic deployment.Based on such practical and theoretical background,this paper relies on Teece(2007)'s classical analytical framework for dynamic capabilities and Feldman and Pentland(2003)on the routine of changing and interdependent research,combine with the use of qualitative analysis and case studies to try to doresearch on " the relationship between enterprise network routine and dynamic capability".Firstly,this paper reviews and analyzes the basic viewpoints of organizational routine,network routine,dynamic system theory and content of main schools.Secondly,based on the combing of 158 English documents related to the routine and the related qualitative analysis,the author puts forward the hypothesis that the network routine and the dynamic ability are interrelated and the network rouzine is interdependent.Thirdly,this paper verifies the above proposed hypothetical conclusions based on conducting case study of a biometric reagent production company.The basic conclusions of the study are the following three points:(1)R&D network routines and dynamic capabilities are interrelated and influence each other;(2)enterprise network routines are interdependence;(3)whether a routine is balanced depends on the network routines' ostensive aspect and the performative aspect,the relative balance routine is easier to manage.Finally,this paper summarizes the innovation,the limitation and the future research expectations,and puts forward the philosophical revelation of the development of the enterprise through the field observation of the case analysis.
