Study On Purchasing Management Of Company SY Based On Cost Control

Material cost is the priority among the enterprise cost.The strengthening of procurement management,will help a company has the advantage of low cost and survive in the fierce market.In this paper,the cost control problems in the purchasing management are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are given for company SY.According to the material price,through analysis and research,designing of the procurement process and implementation of requisition system;make the price information system,through the price system before ordering,and regular summary,makes the material price to control.For the pressure of material,in addition to the purchase requisition system,clear the purchase requisition and purchase the rights and responsibilities,establish the storage quality inspection.Finally,change the traditional purchasing management theory,the performance appraisal of procurement.By focusing on cost control,procurement management improvement will help SY company to maintain the cost advantage in the market competition.The paper is expected to improve in the current procurement management work and help the industry personnel...
