At present,in order to promote the local social economy,many local governments made great efforts to attract social enterprise for more capital investment,so as to better promote the development of local economy.The settlement of enterprises not only can improve the local economy,but also will create a large number of employment opportunities and a series of related beneficial effects.Through the research on the government and the industrial parks,and on the theoretical basis of the theory on institutional economics,this paperfocuses on Shanghai SongJiang industrial zone,looking into some problems existing in the investment promotion and capital introduction of this area,and also our country's relevant policies.The article also analyzes China's economy is the new normal,the coordinated development of Yangtze river delta,"Internet +" under the new situation,which will bringboth new opportunities and challenges to the investment promotion and capital introduction for Shanghai SongJiang industrial zone.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the investment attraction of ShanghaiSongJiang industrial zone,and also puts forward relevant countermeasures on this basis.The paper is divided into several parts.In the first part,the paper made concrete case analysisto find the shortcomings of the work in the development zone,including the market relationship management and the management of the strategic flaw.In the second part,the paper analyzed the reasons for these problems through data analysis.Based on the analysis results,the paper also combines the opportunities and challenges faced by Shanghai SongJiang industrial zone,and draws on the experience of attracting investment from advanced regions at home and abroad,and puts forward some countermeasures.The innovation of this paper is using the method of questionnaire to analysis the problems existing in the investment promotion and capital introduction of Shanghai SongJiang industrial zone,using a questionnaire to obtain data and thus reaching a detailed analysis of the current situation of generalization and existing problemson investment promotion and capital introduction of Shanghai SongJiang industrial zone,which will help us learn from the successful experience and also the problemsof domestic and foreign investment promotion and capital introduction in this area by putting forward feasible countermeasures and Suggestions.
