With the development of economy,China's banking industry is facing severe challenge.Foreign banks are snatching our excellent financial professionals.The backward incentive mechanism of state-owned commercial banks has become a bottleneck restricting its deepening reform and development.The current background is so serious,so the construction of scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism is of great practical significance to the development of China's commercial banks.Therefore,the quality of the incentive mechanism will have a certain influence of the success or failure of enterprise.Based on relevant theory,the paper studies the current situation of incentive mechanism of Zhejiang state-owned commercial bank branch A,revealing the lack of incentives in the bank branch A,giving some suggestions about optimization of branch A.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of the incentive mechanism of state-owned commercial A branch bank,and on this basis,it analyzes the problems of incentive mechanism existing in the A branch.Secondly,the paper discusses the optimal design scheme of incentive mechanism of branch A.Besides,it clarifies the basic principles of the optimization design about incentive mechanism and has a optimized design on performance appraisal system,salary management system,career and development system.Finally,From the salary management system,performance appraisal system,career and development system,Organizational culture system,it proposes safety measures of the smooth implementation of the improved incentive system.Through the improvement and reconstruction of the existing incentive mechanism in branch A,employees are able to work hard under the guidance of the Bank's strategic objectives.It can achieve the situation of win-win,and can promote the operational efficiency and competitiveness of this bank.At last,it achieve the effective and steady development of branch A.
