Analyse the principle and foundation of the operator's salary incentive of state-owned enterprise, thinking that modern operator's salary incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprise should be set up on the basis of rational and valid company administration structure. Carry on certain analysis and discussion to company's administration structure. Recommend two kinds of more current and new rewards incentive way at present: Yearly salary system and stock right incentive way, pointing out the way which operator's salary incentive of state-owned enterprise in Gansu province chooses.
