The motivate mechanism of state-owned commercial banks is a fresh thing. And they have not established an wholesome workers motivate michanism. Both of the ralated theory and practice are hanging behind the developed countries. Although some state-owned commercial banks have their mechanism, much deficiency exists in their motivate tools, motivate objects and motivate results. On the one hand, the incentive is not enough. On the other hand, the incentive is unbalanced. They pay much attention to salary incentive system, but do little on other aspects of motivate mechanism. The workers of state-owned banks get lower salaries than other commercial banks'and many problems exist in the other aspects of motivate mechanism, because of the problems left over by history and the principle-agent problems of state-owned banks. We need to solve these problems.The state-owned commercial banks'motivate michanism should be analysed on the problems, causes of those problems, principles and specific meatures on perfecting it, which can provide suggestion to the state-owned commercial banks.
