In recent years,the rapid development of domestic express industry,one of four links,SF express,breaking the monopoly of feudal lords vying for the throne,the original postal express.In 2016,the National Express business volume exceeded 30 billion,continue to be ranked first in the world.However,all kinds of chaos in the express industry,but also bound the further development of the industry.With the rapid development of the electricity supplier industry,the rapid rise of the courier industry,four through one,SF,EMS and other companies launched fierce competition.The bigger and the size of the market competition has not seemed to make knives phase,but the formation of the high-end low-end price fight,the common development of the prosperity of the situation.Analysis and research of the research using SWOT analysis theory and tools,combined with research results of industry experts and scholars,the research methods of investigation and statistics as the basis,through the analysis of internal and external environment of A express company,found that the enterprise faces the opportunities and challenges of development.Study on the idea of using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,systematically combing the relevant strategy and planning,combined with the actual environment facing,puts forward the strategic planning of the further development of A express company.Through the research,we think that as the traditional express enterprise,not blind expansion,the company should focus on Strategy Selection Based on strategic environment,based on the integration of various resources,the need to determine the"professional as the core,diversification of ideas and strategic development assistance".Professional strategy:as the core to improve the efficiency of transportation,accelerate the circulation of goods,shorten the goods in transit time,give full play to the efficiency of transportation equipment,people,vehicles and achieve the integration of the three,at the same time in China as a base to expand,and gradually build a global land,sea and air transport network interchange.Diversification strategy:the development of assisted by freight logistics base,and gradually lead the domestic financial leasing services,logistics and other industries,the formation of moderately diversified development pattern,to increase the antirisk ability,to form a transport industry,technology intensive industry group.
