They are actively exploring the international market alongside the wide domestic market. However, they cannot do much for the limitation of capitals, talents, international network, operating process. As the leader among Chinese private express companies, Shun Feng is struggling for being the FedEx in China. A research about Shun Feng how to develop in the American express market has a practical significance for Shun Feng under the background of express internationalization. This paper has done a brief introduction on features of the whole express industry and the development of American express, then analyzed the outer environment of Shun Feng with the model of PEST and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, the paper also analyzed internal operations, resources and abilities. After the comprehensive analysts of advantages and disadvantages, chance and threat of Shun Feng, the paper explored relative strategy about how to develop in America. In the last,the paper came out some available strategies and measures only for reference for Shun Feng to guide them to have a better development in American express market. |
