Traditional supply chainhave already can’t meet the requirements of new era, hybrid supply chain is based on thetraditional supply chain, with the deepening of service products. Service-orientedmanufacturing hybrid supply chain is built around the customer at the center position by aseries of original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, service companies andmanufacturing services company formed productive service-oriented manufacturingnetwork, timely capture the real needs of customers, and transmitting digitally to othernetwork partners to provide users with a personalized comprehensive solution. Synergisticinteraction between the various network nodes in the hybrid supply chain make morecompanies to seek a comparative advantage in a wide range of manufacturing resources, andreduce manufacturing costs, improve customer satisfaction, can be said collaborativecapability is core competence of hybrid supply chain.In the past, the research on supply chain management and supply chain collaborationand other aspects of the existing lot, but research on aspects of Service-OrientedManufacturing hybrid supply chain collaboration capabilities is relatively less, hope thatthrough the study of hybrid supply chain collaborative capabilities, provide a reference forfuture related research. This paper based on the analysis of the service-orientedmanufacturing, supply chain collaboration, and other related documents, combining with thecharacteristics of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain collaboration,analyzed its main components with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,including service ability, management ability, integration ability, learning creativity ability,logistic ability, flexible ability, information processing ability and development ability, andputs forward development restriction factor of the service-oriented manufacturing hybridsupply chain collaboration capabilities. Then draw on the theory of population ecology,based on the Logistic model, according to the relationship between the customer and integrated manufacturing service provider, to build a service-oriented manufacturing hybridsupply chain collaboration capabilities growth model, reveals nodes collaborative evolutionlogic of the service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain; Finally according to thecharacteristics of the service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain collaboration, andconsidering the requirements under the new situation of economic and social environment,constructs the evaluation index system of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supplychain collaboration capabilities and hybrid supply chain collaboration capability maturitymodel is put forward. On this basis, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method toevaluate a service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain collaboration capabilitymaturity, made a detailed analysis of the application of an enterprise and at the same time,the conclusion and suggestions are put forward.
