The enterprise's decision-making and operation are inseparable from the employee's behavior.The employee's behavior is an important factor in the development and change of the enterprise.Within the organization,employee behavior is deeply influenced by the external environment,the employee's own psychology and other factors.The emotional expression of the leader is one of the most important factors that affect employee behavior.First of all,scholars often overlook the influence of leadership emotion expression on employee behavior results.Most of the existing researches discuss the influence of leader style or leader behavior on employee behavior.Recent studies have found that leader emotions have important influence on employee behavior,so leaders' emotions should not be ignored..Second,previous research surveys did not discuss the results of different employee behaviors separately when studying the relationship between employees' behavioral results and leadership emotions.However,there are different types of leaders' emotional expressions,and their influence on the behavior of different types of employees is also different.Therefore,it is also necessary to select different employee behavior outcome variables as research objects for analysis.Based on the above explanations,this study explores the influence of leadership emotion expression on the employee's positive(intertemporal decision-making)and negative(immoral behavior)behavior.Using experimental research methods to collect data on sample objects,through the subsequent statistical analysis of the data,draw the following conclusions:(1)In the inter-temporal decision-making,the leader's emotional expression influences employees' inter-temporal decision-making by influencing the employee's emotional state,and at the same time,fooling the negative emotions' regulation effect.Compared to the happy,angry and neutral leader's emotional expression,the employee has a higher tendency to make long-term decisions under the leader's sad emotional expression.(2)In the case of unethical behavior,the emotional expression of the leader and the information framework instructions it conveys affect the employee's unethical behavior.When expressing the same sad emotions,the leader communicates the information framework of self-interest can motivate employees to produce unethical behavior more than the information framework of altruism.When communicating the content of the same self-interest information framework,leaders who express sad emotions can motivate employees to generate unethical behaviors more than leaders who express other emotions.
