From Industrial 4.0 to China Manufacturing 2025,the fourth industrial revolution for China's manufacturing industry is of great significance.Manufacturing industry is the main part of the national economy,it builds the foundation,rejuvenates the country.Without a strong manufacturing industry,country and nation will not be powerful and prosperous.Semiconductor manufacturing industry is a strategic industry for developing our country,the pace of its development has no time to delay.On the one hand,the manufacture process of semiconductor chips is the most complex process in human's creations so far.On the other hand,for the driven of Moore's law,semiconductor manufacturing industry also need to shorten the period of innovation,speed up to market,and provide customization to keep a quick response to market demand.To achieve these goals,the optimization of production planning management should be launched first.Jilin Luxury Electronics Company is mainly engaged in designing,manufacturing and marketing of semiconductor devices.Jilin Luxury Electronics Company is the study object of this article,analysis the company's production plan with the management model basing on ERP and MES system.Point out the necessity of the production planning management model optimization,recognize problems and reasonable part which exist in the development and implementation process of the whole production planning according to its characteristics and diagnosis.We can identify two major problems in the production plan development and implementation process,the first one is low accuracy of forecast plan,the second one is frequent order changes and complex outsourcing package plan management.After finding out the two kinds of problems in company's production plan management,this article also provides the feasible optimization solutions.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various forecast methods,combining with the characteristics of production and product characteristics,choose feasible prediction method,establishing the new production plan forecast model,improve the production plan forecast accuracy.Introduce experience of Lean Production such as combining MRPII and JIT to raise the production efficiency,improve the products circulation speed,to layout a solid foundation for the production plan management optimization.By offering data interface to outsourcing assembly foundry,we could obtain and track the production data of mainly steps in outsourcing assembly foundry,urged outsourcing factory production schedule in time,make effective assessment and incentive system,improve the cooperation degree of outsourcing assembly house and incentive to produce.As to ensure the successful implementation and reliable operating for the solution of Jilin Luxury Electronics Company,this article puts forward the required supporting methods such as organization structure,institutional norm and human resources,which are all for the optimum resource allocation during production planning management.Hope that the solution in this article could offer valued experience and enlightenment to other parallel manufacturing companies.
