With the deepening of the market economy,private enterprises gradually become the backbone of the market economy after a rapid development in our country.However,there is a serious human resource crisis hidden behind the great development.The staff loyalty of private enterprises is rather low.On one hand,compared with state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises,private enterprises have limited attraction to talents because of weaker financial strength,technical strength and anti-risk ability.On the other hand,many private enterprises don't pay enough attention to staff loyalty.Under the background of knowledge economy,talent becomes the most valuable resource,more private enterprises have realized the importance of staff loyalty.The higher the staff loyalty is,the more competitive the enterprise will be.Therefore,some managers begin to pay more attention to promote staff loyalty through daily human resource management.Happiness has been a hot subject since ancient times.With the development of happiness theory,domestic and foreign scholars have gradually started to study job well-being.From the recent research,there are many studies of job well-being and staff loyalty.However,the studies of the relationship between them are quite scarce.Based on the advanced theory,this paper will research the D group staff work well-being and loyalty status via a modified questionnaire survey which is based on the existing ones.This questionnaire is distributed to 300 staffs classified by age,position,marriage status,income,etc.There is positive correlation between work well-being and staff loyalty and different demographic characteristics showing certain influence on work well-being after analyzing the data by SPSS22.0.Based on the results,the writer tries to find the problems and reasons existing in the group staff work well-being.Combined with the management of D group and theory of Stimulation,Total payment,this paper puts forward some suitable measures to promote D group staff job well-being and loyalty.At the same time the writer also looks forward to provide certain reference to some relevant enterprises for promoting staff loyalty.Meanwhile,the writer hopes this paper could enrich the theory of the relationship between job well-being and loyalty.
