With the development of the economic globalization, each kind of type enterprise all more and more takes talented person's capture with the use, because they knew the enterprise needs to obtain the development to have to depend upon the talented person. This thesis studies the cultivation of HJ Corporation personnel loyalty, and solves the questions that the separation rate excessively high and loyalty not high.HJ Company as the reorganization of state-owned enterprises and new businesses established. Its human resources management is the idea of absorbing a lot of new modernization, while retaining some old, rigid conservative thinking. Through carry on to HJ Corporation and the Xi'an manufacture profession development present situation and the human resources management actual situation thoroughly digs analyzes, thought the enterprise staff loyalty not high mainly has the management system, the thesis gives the solution to solve the questions that the separation rate excessively high and loyalty not high.
