Research On Ecological Niche Transition Mechanism Of Enterprise Ecological Circle Structure

In the commercial ecological environment of the Internet,traditional enterprises often occupy the key link in the chain of value chain,and take advantage of the internal competitive advantage to cultivate the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This mode of development ignores the use of superior resources and core competencies in the enterprise's external value network.In order to expand the internal and external advantages to obtain channels,enterprises need to break through the constraints of the value chain to change the original niche structure fundamentally and realize the efficient use of internal competitive advantages and external ecological advantages.Based on the existing research results of niche,combined with the theory of organizational ecology,the evolution paradigm of "mutation selection retention" of enterprise niche transition is proposed.Based on traditional competition theory,the chain structure niche of enterprise value chain and the ecological circle structure niche of enterprise based on the theory of ecological advantage are proposed.Using the framework of the mature enterprise strategic decision-making process framework,and combining with the case of Mengniu Dairy Enterprises,this paper analyzes how the enterprises can realize the ecological niche of the ecological circle in the dynamic and changing commercial ecological environment.First of all,we analyze the operational mechanism of the variation mechanism of the ecological niche transition from the two elements of enterprise strategic decision variation and enterprise management mode variation.The operation mechanism of the ecological niche selection mechanism of the ecological circle type structure is analyzed from the organizational structure selection,the selection of enterprise operation management system and the selection of the enterprise human resource management system from the three level of"organization system personnel".Then from four aspects,such as the retention of enterprise core competitiveness,the retention of enterprise product market scope,the retention of core value of enterprises,and the reservation of enterprise development goals,the mechanism of the operation of the reservation mechanism of ecological niche of the enterprise ecological circle type structure.Finally,this paper constructs a framework of ecological niche transition mechanism based on "variation mechanism selection mechanism-reservation mechanism",and opens up the successful leap of enterprise niche from the chain structure of value chain to ecological circle type structure in order to adapt to the dynamic changing commercial ecosystem.The black box can enrich the research on the evolution of enterprise niche.
