Performance management is an important part of enterprise management and an indispensable link in enterprise strategic planning.In order to promote the enterprise to strengthen the performance management,use the scientific performance evaluation method to mobilize the staff enthusiasm,create the company value,published in 2017 "management accounting application guide 600--performance management".Among them,the principle of performance management,the method of performance evaluation,the formulation and implementation of performance plan have been made comprehensive guidance,not only for the implementation of performance management,but also to provide a clear direction for the development of management accounting.This article takes T company as a typical case,this company is based in Guangxi province city,responsible for the local several commercial housing project agent sales,its sales department staff and composition is complex,work pressure,sales performance uneven,performance appraisal function is not ideal.Based on the analysis of performance evaluation and performance evaluation method-balanced scorecard,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of performance evaluation through field interviews and questionnaires.Secondly,it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of using balanced scorecard as a new performance evaluation method.Thirdly,the strategic goal of T company is extracted and divided into performance evaluation indexes of sales department and sales personnel by means of balanced scorecard.Finally,the implementation and safeguard measures of the balanced scorecard are improved,so as to design a performance evaluation method in line with the development strategy of T company and the standard management of sales department.
