With the rapid development of industrialization,the surplus labor force in agriculture has been precipitated out,and the scale of land operation of farmers has been expanding under the influence of land circulation and capital.Objectively speaking,the expansion of farmland operation scale is conducive to the mechanization of popularization,the adoption of high and new technology and the use of high-tech talents.On the other hand,there is a large number of studies which show that there is a negative correlation between land productivity and farmland operation scale at least in developing countries.Research on China is inconsistent,and differences may arise from the differences in the factors examined.We need to study the mechanism of two contrary,namely the farmland scale operation to the positive role of land productivity,and academics say farmland scale operation may cause difficulties hire labor supervision consequences,resulting in land productivity decline of negative effect.Whether the comprehensive effect is positive or negative,we need empirical data to support it.On China's existing research,the widespread use of cross section data,lack of panel data,not from the angle of the combination of dynamic and static to estimate land scale management caused by the change of the production efficiency,this paper make up the defects.Due to the production efficiency is a more comprehensive grain output of measurement tool,so in this paper,from two dimensions to measure technical efficiency,productivity,with panel data of field investigation in henan province as the carrier,and selected the land scale,labor input,fertilizer inputs,labor by 15 variables such as education level,use beyond the logarithm production function model and the cobb-Douglas production function model,respectively analyze the technical efficiency and productivity,the results prove that the positive relation with the general land scale and production efficiency.It can be seen from the measurement analysis.First,the scale of wheat production and operation in henan province is still very small,and the expansion of operation scale is an important measure to solve the small-scale peasant economic production mode.Second,labor factor though on the whole,the impact on the wheat production direction is positive,but in no significant statistic analysis of the technical efficiency,labor surplus phenomenon existing in henan province.Third,the input of fertilizer is statisticallysignificant,indicating that the current wheat production in henan needs to be scientifically fertilized on the basis of modern agriculture.Fourth,pesticide input statistical results are significant in productivity level,the technical efficiency level statistics was not significant,the symbols are negative,may be because of inconsistent results caused by different measurement standards.In addition,should pay attention to for food crops to wheat,don't need too much pesticide inputs,and pesticide excessive investment will have a negative impact on the environment of agricultural production,thus affecting grain output.Fifth,seed analysis is not significant investment in productivity levels,technical efficiency level of impact is significant at the 10% significant level,that may be largely used in seed selection of farmers in henan province is the seed of his own,thus affect the selection and use,then affect wheat output.Sixth,the average area of each land has a significant impact on wheat production,indicating that it should expand the operation area of wheat and carry out scale operation.Seventh,the impact of land fertility,irrigation conditions,farmers' exposure to education and the availability of state subsidies for wheat production in henan is significant and should continue to increase investment in this area.Eighth,farmers have village cadres' influence on food production in 10% of the statistical level was also significant,that village cadres can be better to read,understand,agricultural policy in advance so as to better adjust the agricultural production methods.Ninth,the impact of the disaster area on the output of rural households is negative,so it is necessary to do a good job in prevention,post-disaster relief and other work to minimize the disaster.In view of the conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions: First,Continue to actively advocate the circulation of farmland,expand the area of land management appropriately,and reduce the number of land masses;Second,We will continue to increase input in agricultural production and increase the efficiency of grain production;Third,we will continue to make effective and effective efforts to confirm the agricultural land,fully mobilize farmers' enthusiasm for production,and realize the smooth transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.This paper is mainly based on the data source and processing,the choice and use of the measurement analysis method,the analysis of panel data and so on.Respectively using the cobb-Douglas production function model of productivity analysis,beyond the logarithm stochastic frontier production function to analyze the technical efficiency,finally came to the conclusion that the peasants land scale with a positive impact on the efficiency of wheat production direction,to make results more reliable.
