Digital city management,it's a new type of urban management model,has been covering more than one third of the country more than ten years.In 2015,Government think that it was necessary to integrate information platforms and promote the digitization.Digital city management has promoted the efficiency and refinement of urban management.In this paper,the author takes the Foshan digital management as the research object,analyzes the problems of digital management in Foshan.Foshan began to practice digital city management in 2007.Compared with the past,digital city management has effectively enhanced the ability of the city management Department of Foshan to identify and handle problems.However,all departments have not formed a combined force.The multi-platform operation of the command center,the gap between the collection and disposal of cases,and the low satisfaction of the masses restrict the quality and efficiency of the digital city management in Foshan.In order to solve the above problems,the author analyzes the reasons,from the aspects of institutional,resource integration,team building,departmental attention,and publicity.It also draws on the management experience of cities such as Los Angeles city,Singapore,Shenzhen,and DongYing City,and summarizes the importance of authoritative coordination agencies,efficient resource integration,perfect institutional construction,and people's active participation in improving the effectiveness of digital urban management.Based on this,the author puts forward the suggestions to improve the digital management in Foshan city.from five aspects,such as optimizing the system of digital management,the integration of resources,team building,increasing the government's attention,and improving the public's satisfaction.
