Research Of The T-BDC Product Security Management System Of Communication Enterprises Based On Attribution Model

As a pillar industry of the national economy,the communication industry has played a very important role in the modernization of the country.With the coming of the big data era,data security of the state and individual is placed at the top priority.People's demand for the security of the communication network is higher and higher.In real life,the security accidents of communication network occur,how to ensure the security of communication equipment and how to carry out the work of product safety management well,which is an urgent issue to be solved in the high speed development stage of the network.The security of communication equipment is guaranteed,and the security of the network can be guaranteed.Network security is an eternal theme,which is of great significance for maintaining social stability and promoting economic construction.This paper takes ZTE and HUAWEI as an example to analyze the causes and solutions of communication product safety accidents.Through the cause analysis,we find out the main factors of safety accidents,and put forward a product safety management system based on three baselines,three lines of defense and three ways of control.Which is Applied in A communication enterprise.Aiming at the product safety management of communication enterprises,this paper draws the following innovative research:1,according to the attribution analysis of communication product safety accident,the general model of communication product safety accident classification is given;The attribution theory of product safety accidents suitable for communication enterprises is given,and the safety accident attribution model of communication enterprise is given,and the lifeline attribution model of communication product is given.2,From the main factors of the safety accident of communication products,the product security management system model of communication enterprise is given.The T-BDC system based on three line base line,three line of defense line and three control system is proposed for the first time.3,Based on T-BDC system,a communication enterprise product safety management strategy plane system and three-dimensional system is put forward.
