Since 20th century,the environment that enterprises face gradually presents new characteristics,such as information explosion-type growth,technology progress more and more quickly,consumer requirements more and more stringent,the use of High-tech more and more widely,new product research and development more difficult,competition globalization and so on.Enterprise competition is faced with new challenges,such as the product life cycle is getting shorter,the number of product varieties geometric increase,customer demand for delivery time is more and more high.The uncertainty and diversity of demand have become the main cause of supply chain problems.Enterprises must have the ability to deal with environmental change and uncertainty to survive.It's harder to survive alone for enterprises.The concept of supply chain appeared in the West in the 20th century 70s and 80s,and its core idea is to break the limit of enterprises,through using out resources,to achieve agile manufacturing,quick response,to ensure profits.Outsourcing is a method to use external resources,which only take the business of the core competitiveness of enterprises,and get the business the enterprise is not good at completed outside.It embodies the idea of supply chain management.Supply chain involves many contents,including the whole process from raw material procurement to finished product sales,both external activities and internal activities.It's a better policy to improve the supply chain form the internal and easy part,and get it smooth up first,Considering enterprise's practice and following the principle of gradual and orderly,in order to obtain phased income.Y is well-known as a mobile phone camera module manufacturer,also faces a series of problems,such as insufficient capacity,mass staff management problems,poor production flexibility,high inventory and so on.In order to improve supply chain capacity,expand market share,and get further development,Y is also actively looking for solutions.The present papers take Y as an example,analyzes the company's internal and external environment,clarify the company's current opportunities,advantages,threats and weaknesses,clear the development strategy.Analyze the necessity and feasibility of outsourcing,give a decision-making to decide which process is suitable for outsourcing and a decision-making to select outsourcing suppliers,according to the characteristics of different processes.Finally,validate the effect of production outsourcing on supply chain operation by the change of data index.
