The emergence of green food is the product of social development,under the market economy regulation,the green food industry unceasingly to promote the development of agriculture,the formation of social,economic and ecological benefits of harmonious and unified model of ecological agriculture development.Based on literature study and reference materials provided by Hebei Green Food Office,Qinhuangdao Agricultural Bureau and Qinhuangdao Green Food Management Office,combined with macro and micro research methods,and adopted quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,investigate and study the safety of Qinhuangdao green food industry.In 2017,there are 23 certified green food enterprises in Qinhuangdao with 81 certified products.Among them,13 plantation enterprises focus on the cultivation of fruits and vegetables with 57 certified products;7 processing enterprises,including wine and starch processing,possess 19 certified products;3 other companies with edible fungi and dried fruits possess 5 certified products.In conclusion,outstanding problems have existed in the development of green food industry safety in Qinhuangdao,including: the protection and prevention of green plant and control technology are not in place;the management of pesticide,fertilizer and other chemicals is not standardized.For existing problems of Qinhuangdao,it seeks out innovative models suitable for the development of the green food industry in Qinhuangdao,including “green + plant protection”,“green +technological innovation”,“green + ecological recycling economy” and other development models.Through Qinhuangdao city green food medlar standardization production technology integration case analysis.It is proposed that Qinhuangdao city should strengthening the impact of green comprehensive prevention and control technologies.Standardize the use of pesticides and fertilizers in the production process,increasing the construction of standardized production bases for green foods,developing functional products and health food through intensive processing,enhancing the establishment of leading enterprises and their driving ability,raising awareness of green food brands and creating famous brands,implementing standardized production.Through the analysis of the integrated case of the standardized production technologies for green food Chinese wolfberry,it further demonstrates that the process of establishing a standard for the green food industry is the right way to promote the development of the green food industry safety in Qinhuangdao.
