The IT distribution channels is the most advanced distribution channels,there is no planned economy when it is borned.After nearly 30 years of development,it has been highly marketing,full competition,and is also a mature industry.Like other industry,IT distribution channels also appeared homogenized competiting between enterprises,and there is bottleneck in them,so the development slowed down significantly.In recent years,with the development of the Internet e-commerce,IT distribution industry has been worse.It make the process of consuming from offline to online,and traditional IT distribution channels have been replaced by e-commerce company in cosumerproducgs,which leads to worse market environment and intensify competition between the industry.In enterprise products,due to the large Internet company occupies the leading position in process of the purchasing,who have strong capabilities of technical support and have been always compressed cost,the profits of IT hardware manufacturers and distribution channels are getting thinner.At the same time,Jingdong which is largest e-commerce company in China,also begin to assume the function of distributors,now Jingdong has become the upper level of the channel of lots of dealers in many cities,which replace the traditional IT distribution channels.As a IT distribution channels,it is necessary to consider the industry's competitive strategy,and how to win in today's Internet economy,so they must consider not only the competition strategy but also the issue of service transformation.This article will give main problems which ITdistribution channelsis experiencing through analyzing;Secendly,give the industry characteristics of IT distribution channelsthroughanalyzing the internal and the external environment.Finally,draw a train of thought and suggestiongs for competition strategy and service transformation through relevant theories.The relevant content has a certain reference significance for the IT distribution channels industry at this stage.
